Kipscombe is on the top floor and is the largest of our bedrooms. It has a pair of French antique twin beds which can be linked to make a 6ft wide super king bed. It has commanding double aspect views of Lynton & Lynmouth and the Lyn valleys, across Foreland Point to Wales.
It is decorated in soft champagne colours with contrasting cranberry silk velvet and there is a sofa and desk in the room.
The compact paneled shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC and the bedroom is equipped with a digital flat screen TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock with iPod dock, a hairdryer and hospitality tray.
